Full P&L responsibilities reporting to the board of Directors. Comprehensively restructuring the Lebanon office leading to improved procedures, processes and more consistent results and service. Recruiting training and motivating staff. Successfully executing projects in several MENA Countries. Establishing branch offices in neighboring countries.

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities and customers. Focusing on high profile projects and accounts. Coordinating and supervising sub-contractors. Branding, and promoting a new line of products. Supervising the design, and implementation of new packaging, catalogues, and brand names for product market reintroduction.

Identifying and developing new business opportunities and customers and following up on key accounts in Lebanon, Egypt, Syria, Jordan and Iraq. Overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of all engineering, material logistics and site support between customer, local office and the head office. Training all technical staff and managing all important operations leading up to the successful launch of the Egypt branch
