Responsible for supporting the Program Management System Manager in ensuring the proper application of the Program Management System (PMS) Enforce the use of PMS standards in all programs in Europe, ensure program reporting by respecting accountability for the programs in the Customer Business Units, consolidate division program reporting and preparing Division Program events, support in analysing rootcauses for overall negative program activity, assist in defining corrective actions within the division

• Set up lean management and identify opportunities for improvement through KPIs • Interact with industrialization team • Use lean manufacturing tools : 8D, Poka Yoke, 5S • Moderate GAP (Autonomous work group of 5 people) meetings twice a week • Participate to Faurecia Excellence System school, own Faurecia “Six Sigma” methodology • Improve work flow to enable best practice replication and increase team efficiency • Interface with several departments based in different countries (Germany, France, USA)
