Die Aufbereitung und Analyse betriebswirtschafstlicher Daten unsere kunden

• Responsible for a portfolio of customers within the Region/Country • Analyze and research customer's receivables account delinquency and determine the type of communication method to facilitate payment • Analyze at-risk customers and recommends account strategies to prevent delinquency • Assist the Project Managers and Key Account Managers to gather full view of customer portfolio, provide information about customer history and activities through organisation.

 Preparing daily financial statements  Perform Bookkeeping.  Data preparation and analysis

 Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information  Documents financial transactions by entering account information  Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

• Processing of inquiries and customer feedback via all channels: telephone, email, contact form, social media • Advising clients, identifying solutions, arranging escalation • Maintenance of customer data in a contact management system
