Felix J. Hafele

Felix Hafele is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial Practice and Consumer Goods Practice and is based in the Istanbul office. He conducts senior-level searches across industries and functions, with a focus on industrial and fast-moving consumer goods companies. Prior to Spencer Stuart, Felix was a member of Neumann International’s Executive Search Practice, where he established and managed the Istanbul office 14 years. He speaks German, English and Turkish, and has lived in Turkey since 1998.
