My responsibilities as a Service Delivery Analyst included: - Analyzing, reflecting, defining, documenting and improving the service delivery processes - Steering external partners - Managing major incidents - Responsible for the following Domains: Billing & Payment, Account, Registration, Trip Journey, Product > Working in a lively Startup environment with a flat hierarchy, including dynamic and wide ranged responsibilities

- Managing clients and appointments - Building and maintaining a client-database - Assistance in marketing projects, including media production

- Customer Service - Technical Support - Inventory Control

Tasked with leading projects in media production for marketing purposes: - Conceptualizing and creating the promotion for the release of Skipline.me (Creating animations with After Effects, editing with Premiere Pro). - Planning, filming and editing video demonstrations of S|R Check-In and S|R Inventory Control. - Planning and creating video content demonstrating the product palette to be presented at ISPO Munich - Building individual configurations of Skipline.me for customers using internal tools.
