As Internal Recruiter for Michael Bailey Associates, I am responsible for the recruitment of Resourcers, Business Developers and Account Managers for our offices in Düsseldorf, Munich, Vienna and Zürich. I use a variety of recruitment techniques and social media outlets to source the perfect candidates.

I provide translations from German into English for a variety of topics including travel and tourism, manufacturing and website translations.

I joined Optimus Search as a Recruitment Consultant, placing IT specialists in the Nordrhein Westphalen area of Germany. It was a 360 recruitment role so my tasks included pre-screening candidates, liaising with companies to find out their requirements, preparing candidates for interview and giving feedback to both clients and candidates.
