Creative lead of the Munich studio ID and UI team. Responsible for creating and defining the vision, strategy and design direction. Managed and led several multi-disciplinary in-house and external teams of designers, researchers, suppliers and engineers through the complete design process, including user and market research, research insights, ID & UI development, branding, engineering and production. Managed relationship with clients ranging from worldwide corporations to start-ups.

Managed and led the junior ID team through the complete creative and product development process until production. Created and authorized project quotations for new and existing customers, including budget planning, resource planning and monitoring.
