Guiding, coaching and heading a great e2e responsible team for implementation and operation of Telefónica Germanys Data Lake Platform making data scientists and analysts happy. Driving the introduction of cloud-based infrastructure initiatives along with DevOps teams in the company. Mentor and evangelist of corporate IT change including organizational along technical goals and challenges.

Responsible for team and delivery of agile developments, products and projects in Telefónica Germanys Online and Innovation department. Including developments along the o2 portals, mobile apps (B2C/B2B). We introduced a new lean and data-driven product development process into the company based on concepts of the Lean Startup methodology and prototyping.

E2E responsibility for the technical IPTV platform and head of the IPTV team. Management of national and international partners and projects around the TV product. Coordination on IPTV and video strategy with the global units of Telefónica for introduction of a "Global Video Platform".

Heading the cross-functional technical team for the HanseNet TV product. Responsible for development and roadmap of the IPTV platform including partner, vendor and internal stakeholder management. Leading the evaluation and development of a new IPTV platform. Coach and challenger of the business departments on the TV product strategy.

Insourcing and team building of the R&D team for the TV product of HanseNet. Technical lead of the full rebuilt and relaunch of the user interface for a browser-based IPTV Set-Top-Box client including the development of a personal video recorder (PVR) from scratch, creating a new UX and feature-rich application on a very low-end hardware.

Consulting start-ups on building up IT solutions (server hosting, network, security, ...) and software development projects.
