Lead, manage legal affairs technology&corporate services: - IT-Law (hardware-, software-, -development, -maintenance, outsourcing-, SaaS-, other IT-agreements), - Telecommunication contracts (collocation-, darkfibre-, LWL-agreements etc.), - Support of the procurement department in all relevant fields of legal expertise (purchase framework-, project-, service- and works contracts (inter alia consulting, temporary work and personal recruitment contracts)), - Special projects (i.e. smaller M&A-projects).

- Lead, manage and ensure the effective delivery of pro-active legal advice and support to the Atos Procurement Department; - Develop and maintain a central point of advice, support, knowledge and expertise regarding procurement, reseller and alliance ("PRA") contracting, including preferred terms and conditions, negotiation approaches, and guidelines, and train other lawyers and applicable company managers; - Establish a database of Group level PRA contracts and associated contracts (konwledge base).

- Provide the full range of legal advice to SIS’ business units worldwide as well as central functions; - Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and other legal documents necessary to support SIS commercial operations and central functions (inter alia Software License- , Outsourcing-, Reseller-, Partner-, Real Estate Lease and Purchase and M&A Agreements); - Manage and supervise external lawyers; - Suppport the Carve Out of SIS and the integration into Atos Origin.

- Provide the full range of legal advice to SEN’s business units worldwide and central functions; - Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and other legal documents necessary to support SEN’s commercial operations and central functions; - Manage and supervise external lawyers; - Coordination and support of the building of a centralized contract management; - Draft and review of all standard terms & conditions; - Key Account within SEN Legal for all compliance matters.

- Legal Advisor for customers (lawyers, tax advisors, and managers (D&O insurance)) in all relevant fields of legal expertise, - Active and independent handling and supervision of damage claims with respect to lawyers, tax advisors and D&O liability, starting with making up the facts and ending with judicial and extra-judicial settlement agreements, - Steering and management of external lawyers in civil + criminal proceedings, including negotiation of retainer agreements
