Leading part in the client engagement processes for enterprise services (outsourcing). Deliver outsourcing contracts with all towers LAN, WAN, Voice, Security, Governance and Transition and Transformation as well. Accomplished of gross profit margin approx. 20% and delivered a cost optimisation and risk reduced approach in the first third of contract duration. I had delivered successful negotiations for master service agreements, back to back agreements with partners and vendors

Leading part in the global negotiation (deal shaping) team and delivery lead for the tower LAN for outsourcing contracts in the utility sector and financial services. Delivery followed all contractual obligations and on client side in the global NOC (including all compliance and security obligations). Network operation structure was 24x7 with lifecycle management and vendor uptime services. I realised a cost optimisation of 10% per year through new service processes and technologies.

Lead to reorganise the sales process from technical consulting to IT (network) operation services along the value chain. Accomplished order entry of 16 m € in mostly managed service contracts and dedicated IT operation. I defined the complete management service portfolio with main focus on managed service and IT outsourcing.

Lead projects in Pan-Europe and Americas (US) with focus on enterprise IT architecture and strategic in preparation of the upcoming internet technology phase (volume was 9 m USD p.a.). Spend working time in the US (Chicago and Boston) to build up the client basis for the complete expansion to North America.
