Delivering customized, cost-effective solutions, enabling our customers’ own capability in pharma & bio manufacturing. We are a "start" to "finish" productions solutions provider for processing of Blood Plasma, production of insulin and vaccines, as well as MAbs and Biosimilars. This includes the base Process-IP (if applicable) over the complete realisation of a production facility all the way to opperational qualification and operator training.

Responsible for the sales of standard & customized consumables and single use products such as animal sera, cell culture media and single use bioprocessing bags. Moved the business with avg. 15+% YoY growth from US-$29M to $65+M and changed the business model at the same time from distribution of standard products to a highly consultative, technical sales.

Responsible for the global sales of customized microbial fermentation systems, cell culture bioreactors and customized cross flow filtration systems. Leading a team of 15 external & inhouse sales & project engineers.

Responsible for the complete sales cycle of highly customized stainless steel production systems for the pharmaceutical industry from the first customer contact thru extensive technical discussions towards final negotiations and after sales project monitoring. • Lead the revenue growth from approx. 3M€ in 1991 to about 25 M€ in 2002 • Managed the inhouse sales team of 18 engineers and assistants • Selection, management and support of the worldwide distributor network

Regional Sales of customized stationary gas metering and warning systems. Commercial and technical negotiations at different customer levels. Turnover responsibility approx. 1 – 1,5 Mio. EURO/year
