- Leading the ISO certification program (ISO9001,20000,22301;27001,27017,27018) globally - Establishing the ISO certification strategy - Plan and control budget - Conduct ISO internal audits - Leading IT projects - Managing ISO documentation (audit plans, IT and Quality procedures, risk assessments, measurements, reports) - Perform IT Risk assessment - Establish IT Risk registers - Provide consultancy as SME ( IT security, ISO9001,20000,22301;27001,27017,27018) - Optimize & Improve processes

- Lead internal and external ISO audit certification programs (ISO 9001; ISO 20000; ISO 27001) - Execute Internal ISO 9001 / 20000 / 27001 audits as auditor - Lead the implementation of ISO 9001 / 20000 / 27001 standards - Provide consultancy (Quality Assurance, IT security, ITIL) - Lead IT related projects (implementation and optimization of ITIL and IT processes, tools) - Follow-up and control the RCAs and Corrective actions - Perform IT Risk assessment

- Document management and control - Establish , implement and optimize Quality processes - Supplier quality management - Manufacturing Quality data analysis with Lean Six Sigma methods - Manage RCAs and corrective actions with RCA analysis technics - Manage quality circle and quality improvement activities - Customer Quality support and complaint handling - Perform internal ISO 9001 audits - Report Quality level to Management team - Establish Quality measurements & KPIs
