Lead a company-wide project focusing on analyzing the financial data and helped identify areas to cut costs. Established a system database for analyzing the indirect expenses incurred throughout the facility, thus giving insights into cost reductions/savings. Introduced and maintained an Expedite Shipping Authorization system to analyse and reduce shipping expenses. - Successfully managed four vendors (more than 50 electronic components) by maintaining optimal inventory levels and low logistical expenses

Integral part of an application software development team; engaged in project planning, analysis, execution and offline implementation of software. Mapped and analysed customer expectations and converted into programming terminology. Designed and transformed detailed requirements into corresponding communication software using Java. Successfully completed and implemented above-mentioned project.

Headed project planning and market research for materials and available Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs) to automate Axial Bore Broaching machine. Designed and implemented a PLC-based Control Panel, increasing throughput and reducing manual error.
