Gary Kevin Coats

I am a lifelong real estate and construction professional with a passion for problem solving. In the residential and commercial real estate sector, I have added a variety of services and skills to offer prospective clients. I am a graduate of Campbell University with a B.A. in English and Communications. After graduation, I was hired as a broker associate at York Simpson Underwood - a local Raleigh, NC Real Estate brokerage company. YSU provided my introduction into the industry and helped me gain real world experience. I represented buyers and sellers, as well as continued my education in the real estate industry. I was awarded Rookie of the Year award within YSU for outstanding and highest sales for my first year with the company. I am currently working with Coats Custom Homes, a real estate brokerage firm in Raleigh, NC. I currently live in Charlotte, North Carolina.
