Following JACOBS decision to set up an Asia Pacific Middle East Regional Solutions for Program Management & Integrated Project Services, Technical Directors for a Constructibility & Optimisation, Risk, Planning & Program/ Project Controls are in place. The Technical Directors provide leadership and direction to their discipline, connecting regionally and globally to support the delivery of strategic projects and pursuits as well as growing and developing our technical talent and leadership skills.

Working with Aquenta as an Associate Director (Cost and Constructability Major Projects). Within the Sydney Metro team of TfNSW, of delivering this Megaproject and the development of the Central Station Footprint, Responsible for the constructability and interfaces of the delivery of the Central Station Footprint with the inclusion of the Sydney Metro Station, Wester Sydney Airport Extension.

Leading, winning and establishing projects as Private Public Partnerships (PPP’s) but also complex large D&C and ECI packages that are being collaboratively developed with Tunnel, Underground and Australian Operations as well as International Cooperation in New Zealand and the Solomon Islands.

Leading major Design and Construct tender projects for delivering winning bids and lead the project delivery establishment phase of those projects within the Construction and Mining division of LCPL.

Organizing and implementing a newly formed technical office to initiate the advancement of projects in Canada which includes the development of a business plan for prequalifications, tenders and construction implementation. Projects currently being tendered are P3 infrastructure projects including large complex bridges and interchanges as well as harbour extensions and hydro power projects under early contracture involvement scheme with tunnels, intakes and power houses.

Tender Project Director and Logistics Manager for major projects during acquisition and tender phase. This special project team consisted of 120 direct employees and associated set up. Special strategy tasks for the Board of Directors were developed which included the Strategy Map for the company’s business in Europe and the evaluation and effectiveness of company units including the development of their strategy approach for turn key and PPP/BOT projects.
