Coach the Protocol Stack organization PJMs, assign and supervise them across the different concurrent programs and follow-up on escalations, results, etc. Follow-up with the PJMs enforcing the adoption of BKMs across all programs as well as ensuring programs/customers demands are fulfilled.

Manage and oversee the Access Stratum organization with 4 development teams/managers located across Munich & Nuremberg. Lead the Access Stratum development teams for LTE & 5G design and implementation in subsequent Intel programs.
