As the newly appointed Digital Solutions Lead for the ABB Excitation Business Line, my primary responsibility is to identify and drive the development of innovative digital solutions within the power generation and power system industries. Tasks vary from creating and implementing the digital business plan, to define the go-to-market strategy, identify the products to develop and bring to market, functional lead of the digital development team, overall digital product management assignment.

As part of the ABB Excitation System Segment, I focused on developing the Simulation and Digital Twin global business with an emphasis on grid code compliance. My responsibilities included product management, business development, sales, operation, consultancies, and R&D. Within 3 years, the business grown from zero to a seven figures per year business and financial targets were overtaken every year during my assignment.

• Designing and implementing electrical systems for ABB's products • Providing technical expertise to the local operation team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations • Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arose during the operation of the systems • Collaborating with other teams such as R&D, Sales, and Project management to ensure successful implementation of projects • Providing training to ABB customers

Leading a team of 6 co-founders running Guru Bazar is an online marketplace where sports trainers can create personal profiles and list on-demand lessons and group classes at our partners' training spaces. Sports passionate can then search, compare and book the trainers of their choice and clubs owners can maximize the occupancy of their locations. Achievements: • CTI Business Concept Award • More than 1000 new visitors a month • More than 150 subscribed trainers in 2 months

• Completion of over 30 customer projects within budget and on schedule • Received award for "Exceptional Performance" for delivering turn-key retrofit systems, resulting in increased sales within the country • Conducted successful grid code compliance simulations for power plants located in Denmark, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, and the UK.

EMC/EMI analysis of power electronics module layout for fast switching SiC modules by using a 3D FEM based software. Final project carried trough in collaboration with ABB Scwheiz AG, Corporate Research. The main targets were to: - Minimize power modules' parasitic components - Optimize modules' layout for ease thermal dissipation - Investigate new modules' design concepts - Increasing modules' reliability and lifetime.

Main focus was on EMC/EMI analysis of power electronics module layout for fast switching silicon carbide modules by using a 3D FEM based software. - Minimize power modules' parasitic components - Investigate new modules' design concepts - Investigate power module components by laser profilometry - De-packaging of power modules for simulation needs - Reporting of results in the form of technical notes, reports and presentations
