In Symantec I manage all aspects of legal and compliance functions for the enterprise business, all local matters related to my countries but labor and I structure, negotiate and manage nearly every large transactions. In July 2015 I assume the responsibility of of the Western Europe legal team of the Veritas’ Information Management division. Veritas Technology (www.veritas.com) is a spun-off of Symantec, which became independent from October 2015.

I started in Buongiorno as Corporate Counsel in 2002; over the time thru promotion and an Internation relocation I became head legal in charge and responsible of (i) legal affairs for France, (ii) the Iberian Marketing Services business, (iii) the Mediterranean B2O and B2C business, (iv) Group IP and outsourcing, (v) Latin America business, (vi) new gambling business
