Hold company wide responsibility for P&L, Accounting,Finance, Marketing, Sales (2 Sales Directors and 15 Sales Managers), Service, Logistics, and Administration.

Function: Export Manager. Management of DeLonghi affiliates in Germany & Austria. Responsibility for the creation of a new affiliate in Switzerland. 50Mil€ overall sales revenue.
