Part of a team of senior programmers developing a TimeSeries Suite for the Market Risk Technology team. By using ExtJS and Spring (integrated in Websphere) written with the best practices of frontend and backend development, we enabled traders to quickly retrieve time series data that would ultimately help them assess the market risks of a security. The efficiency was further enhanced by moving the application into the firm-wide real-time development environment written in python.
