Function lead for customer-related analysis. Support for development of the CRM strategy. Analysis of web data for understanding and optimizing the customer journey and web usage. Design of new marketing reports, as well as enhancement of existing reporting structure. Implementation analysis and assessment of new BI tools.

Providing change and development support for a wide range of Compliance data management and information platforms. To work with internal clients to manage technical change and development projects from start to end. Including requirements gathering, technical support and progress reporting. To trouble shoot and bug fix existing Compliance data management platforms by investigating system issues and analysing data. Function lead covering the workflow and prioritization to other members of the EUDA team.

Analysis of information lifecycle to find potential gaps between reporting system and training platform. Creation of functional/technical specifications for the reporting system and support the development of new features. Data extraction from different sources (e.g., reporting database, training platform, flat files). Elaboration of KPI reports. Key technologies used: SQL Server, VBA, Excel, SSIS, SSRS.

Development of customer classification systems by using lifetime value approach. Data Management for CRM campaigns from start to end including data analysis for A/B testing, delivery of target populations, and measuring success. Data extraction and analysis for assessing the impact of new factors in the business operations. Design or re-design of BI reporting processes (Optimization in terms of efficiency, quality and reliability).

Development of new features and extending functionalities on software commercialized by the company in order to improve the performance in the data extraction, analysis, structuring and classification. Bug fix.

Designing, developing and testing solutions for data migration between SAP and Legacy Systems. Identifying and mitigating data quality issues for the correct day-to-day business operations. Support for Data Management in SAP.
