Management of costumer project portfolios, headhunting, resourcing and recruiting of research and development staff (white-collar/ management) for European power generation/ turbomachinery manufacturers. Candidate and client management, including identification of staff requirements, candidate profile management (matching, mapping, coaching), communication and management of hiring process among hiring managers, Human Resources and candidates.

Recruitment management, including candidate database development, candidate resourcing, screening, development of job specifications and support in the hiring process in the engineering sector.
