    Itsdone is a medium-sized IT outsourcing company. Customers include major Austrian telecommunication enterprises and a daily newspaper (Österreich Zeitung). I was responsible for day-to-day operations such as handling tickets (OTRS, Remedy, HP Servicedesk) and the implementation of Nagios Servicechecks.
