Starting as a software developer in Banking (FINACLE - Infosys), I often get worked up over ineffectiveness. It was a constant topic, and the actual work got pushed aside. This had to change, and that’s how I got interested in agile software development – especially in Scrum. I started supporting my team and then starting to move towards adopting agile in all professional sides that I do. That's when I put myself into the shoes of a Scrum Master. As the saying goes, With great power comes significant responsibilities. I started going up the ladder, sticking up my hands to plan, organize and manage business projects for clients. I started analyzing the structure of a business, how it uses technology, and its goals—and now, working with World's #1 Investment Bank to identify business challenges and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
