Implementation and optimization of an automated production cell integrating two robots on rails.

Set up an automated system integrating a collaborative robot to safely deposit thermal paste on the facets of a case: - Functional analysis and transcription of the functional specifications. - Design a 3D printed tool (CREO) to connect the dispensing system to the cobot. - Design a 3D printed turning tool (CREO). - Program the cobot via offline programming software (RoboDK). - Carry out tests in order to define the deposit parameters: speed, flow rate, quantity, form of deposit.

- Space planning, installation of equipment, organization. - Participate in the animation of this new place through moments of awareness among employees. - Create short projects associating designer / developer, implementing digital manufacturing tools. - Concretely carry out projects resulting from this collaboration, in particular through the production of 3D printed tools, modelling of tubular workstations and 3D animation (CREO).
