Project management in context of various recruiting topics such as digitization projects, strategic projects, training projects, internal communication and process management, responsible for recruiting-related media cooperations, international cooperations/international recruiting, trade fair/ recruiting events

-Support of the Strategic Recruiting Management Department concerning all operational and strategic issues -Internal communication and central contact person on the subject of International Recruiting -Preparation of written documents, presentations and statistical evaluations (Translations in German and English) -Organization and co-design of internal trainings -Trade fair coordination and support -Project support

-Management support concerning all administrative and organizational agendas -Coordination of internal and external education and training measures -Responsible gaming, player protection, assistance to the prevention staff unit, administration of warning systems -Maintenance of internal company databases -Target group-oriented text production and editing of intranet contributions (Microsoft SharePoint), -Preparation of meetings and recording of presentations

Creation of a tourist database, social media, research, writing and proofreading of texts on architecture, nature, history and art.
