Securities settlement, liquidity management and collateral management, different payment/settlement systems and applications such as SWIFT and Target2 and Treasury management system project.

I worked as Head of Settlements Section of Payment and Settlement Division at the Bank of Finland. I was responsible for the operational functioning of the group aiming to continuously develop workflows and processes. I answered for the high level of back office operations and the client service communicating with relevant interest groups, correspondent banks and custodians.

Diverse back office duties e.g. securities settlement, cash management, account maintenance, customer payments and nostro reconciliation using different payment/settlement systems and applications such as SWIFT and Target2. I took also part in various projects relating to business area.

I worked in Aktia Bank Plc as a part-time customer advisor during my studies. I had face to face customer appointments and I provided the clients with advise and service on the mortgage, savings or cash related topics. Risk assessment of the customers.
