I was accountable for supervision of 3 projects related to Data Migration, B2Bi implementation & Digital transformation of legacy application. As part of this role, I was responsible for leading the Extended R&D Verification and Validation team for one of the major US Class-III Cardiac Medical devices manufacturer. As part of this role, Lead wide array of duties, while managing a team of 15+ FTE’s. • Involved in Project Scoping, Project Planning, Estimation, Scheduling, Status Reporting, Resource planning, Training Plan of the team. • Lead Technical discussion with the client SME’s. • Defining career growth plan for team members.
