I was working at the Micromechanics Group at the dept of Solid State Electronics. The focus was to create a micromechanical eye pressure sensor. I also wrote a paper together with professor Miko Elwenspoek from Twente University on the fundamental mechanism behind wet chemical etching of Silicon.
