Responsible for the new 240,000 SQFT European Distribution Center program management This facility delivers to 14 sales affiliates globally, as well as the Regional DC. Inventory held is between 35 and 40 $ million, while yearly operating cost is roughly 6.5 $ million. The project started up on time and within budget. Location: Belgium

Responsible for Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehousing and Forecasting systems. Managing 40 IT professionals, located in 4 countries. Departmental budget of $ 7.8 million. Location: Belgium

Responsible for Manufacturing, Global Procurement, Transportation, QA and Operations Finance systems as well as application development for Marketing, Marketing Services and Packaging departments. Departmental budget of $ 6 million, with an additional $ 9 million for projects. Location: NY
