* Main responsible for account management and servicing of financial sector clients in the German market * Order acknowledgement and delivery, issue resolution, invoicing and administration, offers, complaint management etc.

• Managing internal and external production processes related to content localization for the financial and public sectors (EU institutions, national authorities etc). • Direct supervisor for 2 internal teams (German and Dutch). • Administrating and optimizing supplier pools (competence, cost and quality) • Monitoring and documenting internal team performance for on-going feedback and annual appraisals.
