- Leading several M&A Projects from identification up to closing

- Joining the business development and strategic planning department responsible for the BoP activity in Steam Power Plant and development of M&A activities - Developing plant services including O&M concepts for existing and new Team Power Plants

- entering new markets, development and implementation of sales structure, sales tools, reporting, production management system, customer relationship management

- Responsible for the different bids including costing, time scheduling and documentation of fossil fired power plants - Largest handled project 1.5 Billion USD - Handling and negotiations with customers, consortium partners and supplier - Development and internal implementation of a new power plant class 130-180 MW - 9 month project work as a project leader in Windsor (Connecticut) - Leading different sales and development teams

- Definition and implementation of a new business strategy together with different management consultants

- Designing of balance of plant areas with a 3D software (PDMS) - Handling of different architect engineers - order handling of different mechanical components including purchasing, scheduling and cost control
