Inside the growing business unit Service Solutions including projects (Lots, retrofit and service), Operations and maintenance and spare parts of EfW (Energy from Waste) and renewable gas (Anaerobic digestion and Biomass) plants, I am responsible for:  Global quality management including merging and acquisition of new businesses.  Project excellence (On Time Delivery, risk management)  Supplier monitoring (expediting and fulfilment)

- Global quality management of Energy from Waste project, Contract risk management, Issuance of all contact quality documents, Review and approval of supplier quality documents, Definition and management of inspections budget, Overall inspections management - Deployment of Turnover Package concept allowing safe energisation of systems - Digitalising of inspections and management of deviations through the LMS tool allowing real time tracking of Release of Shipment process and generating automatically KPIs

Inside GE GPS Construction & Commissioning, I was responsible for quality management including quality assurance and quality control activities, resources management by maintaining the forecast and deployment of our field personnel worldwide and IT tools and training including software’s/ platforms like Lotus notes, SAP, SharePoint and Master Tracking Application.

Following the acquisition of Alstom by GE and integration of Aero derivatives, Doosan, Alstom Gas Power Systems and GE Power generation products into consolidated GE Gas Power Systems business, I was appointed work streams leader for the integration and harmonization of processes related to change management, non-conformities reporting and Suppliers/ Sub-contractor’s qualification.

 Support quality organization to implement C&C KPIs process and implement, together with site team smooth, data collection  QMS maintenance and Process Landscape Initiative support.  MTA (Master Tracking Application) new tools implementation and execution support to manage punch list, Turn over packages, technical queries and welding activities at site.

As Product Quality Leader (PQL), I was responsible of the following tasks oriented around 4 Customer Facing Metrics: Cost of Quality, Fulfillment, Escaping defects & issue resolution.  Creation and lead of issues resolution committees by screening all customer issues and leading the weekly meeting for both France and the US.  Non-Conformities (engineering, supply chain and suppliers) process and workflow digitalization.  Trip Mitigation File deployment to avoid plants emergency shutdowns

Achievements of a 6 Sigma project that allows GE to provide customer ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans) from ITO (Tendering) phase, something which was not feasible in the past. With this project, GE is able to present ITPs to customers at any time during both ITO (Tendering) and OTR (Execution) phases and also content of End of Manufacturing reports.

- ITO (Tendering): I managed all quality aspects for proposals including all frames and all levels (with or without RFQ) by providing the proposal quality plan, Analyzing/ Commenting the RFQ (Request for Quotation) and negotiations with customers. - OTR (Execution): I managed all contract & customer quality aspects of simple and combined cycle projects by providing project quality plan, by presenting GE quality system to customers and by supporting the customer during all the project phase about quality.

I was responsible on participating in the development and implementation of condensers automated manufacturing process to optimize it.

I was responsible on participating in the development and reform of the maintenance plan of the entire site, using SAP software and RCM methodology.

I designed and realized the electronic and control part (PLC and PIC 16F84) to manage traffic lights at the crossroads of the Community.
