• Was responsible for setting up the entire factory; a uPVC Doors and Windows Manufacturing Unit, sourcing the machinery from Turkey. • Led Budget planning, allocation of funds, management of OpEx, hiring. • Learnt about different uPVC profiles, glass types and fabrication methods. • Established the supply chain and headed the inventory management. • Saved costs to the company by developing a small software to calculate raw material per order, which reduced profile wastage by over 30%.

Provided consultancy in the field of IT Software to Verify, Validate and Enhance their e-commerce platform. Worked in both testing and support roles.

• Worked for Swiss Telecommunications client Swisscom • Working at Swisscom included end-to-end testing of various applications and knowledge transition especially in the area of Netcracker • I worked in the fulfillment area on FTTx (FTTH) as an application specialist for Netcracker along with people from the Netcracker product team to acquire more knowledge on it • I was also responsible for testing applications like Siebel CRM, FTOP etc

• Worked for Australian Telecom giant Telstra, in L2/L3 support and testing roles. • This project included fulfillment, provisioning, assurance and billing systems • I was majorly involved in fulfillment and assurance • The major systems used here were Netcracker (Order and Inventory Management) and ODIN (Assurance) • I worked in production support and application testing roles in this project and also provided training to new as well as old members in the team at various stages
