Provide operational and technical support in the analysis, development, and implementation of projects with a focus on sustainable agricultural innovation systems, including preparation of technical and financial reports, and communication with project partners. Support in the organization of meetings (face-to-face and virtual) and Assembly of the Tropical Agricultural Platform (TAP), hosted at FAO, including the preparation of the meeting documents, annual reports, and newsletters.

Support and contribute with the content development of the TECA (Technologies and Practices for Small Agricultural Producers), and create awareness about the use of the platform and stimulate discussion between the group members.

Conduct a short time experiment related to understand the solute and water dynamics in the different types of soil (sandy and clay soil).

Coordinate, supervise and evaluate the activities done in the 10 greenhouses, where a hydroponic system is used to grow bell peppers. Participate actively in the decision making regarding bell peppers production. Implement Good Agricultural Practices in the greenhouses.

Participate in the research activities conducted by the Department of Entomology at OARDC-OSU Collaborate with the maintenance of the experimental plots, insect and plant sample collection, collect and processing data.
