I was responsible for ensuring that quality methods and procedures are followed to guarantee compliance with all company's business and functional requirements. I was involved in the development process of our new client database application. My QA responsibilities included manual testing of dashboards, bug reporting and retesting bug fixes as well. I was also covering for my team lead taking over her responsibilities when she was away.

Evaluation - Perform evaluations and in-depth analysis with agents which I monitored. Monitoring associates performance - Review agent’s performance, attendance and daily statistics.

Translation of technical documentation and training manuals for students. The material I was working with was dedicated to the modern GIS technologies (http://www.arcgis.com/index.html).
