Worked on different software projects for customers from a variety of sectors (information technology, automotive, banking). Implemented a successful prototype of a Single Sign On solution for Eclipse foundation OpenMDM project.

Front end responsible of TR Enterprise Risk Manager solution. Created a new dashboard with asynchronous and parallel execution of each visible report using multiple threads. Implemented a WYSIWYG dashboard editor with drag-and-drop positioning of resizable panels that snap to a responsive grid. TR Risk Manager solution was positioned by Gartner, Inc. in its Leaders Quadrant of the “Magic Quadrant for Operational Risk Management” report in 2014 and 2015.

Senior developer responsible of all web applications of the company. Integrated existing Java web applications into a Single Sign On solution. Designed and implemented RESTful services replacing old back-end. Developed AJAX web applications (GWT and AngularJS) accessing new back-end. Helped improving our main ETL process, based in multiple data streams.

Senior member of a team responsible for creating an e-health system for Basque country government. I was appointed leader of the medication visa module team (4 programmers): we completed and released a GA version in time. Designed and developed some of the core modules and API's used in all project modules: system base services and a tracking system to collect stats transparently for later Business Intelligence analysis, for example. Developed several web services consumed by basque pharmacies.

Technical led team of 10 programmers to write in Java from scratch new main product of the Spanish leading company in integrated library system (ILS) industry. Analyzed and created main system modules with several improvements that allowed to comply with relevant library standards (NCIP, Z39.71 ...) One of my designs improved cataloging record (MARC records) search performance. Managed an agile methodology implementation based in XP concepts, continuous integration and scrum.

Main developer of our company's product: an e-government application for city councils with government to citizens capabilities (G2C) and government to employees (G2E) modules. We managed to finish a prototype and show it to some potential investors and customers.

As member of Telematic Engineering department, I worked in several investigation projects developing web applications.
