Involves devising novel Software Architectures and deployment designs to sustain the increasing complexity and size of the specialized macromolecular 3-dimensional data. As part of that, doing research in novel scalable algorithms and solutions, bringing in state-of-the-art technologies to tackle the challenges that processing the data present. The solutions needed will include application of the latest ML/AI techniques, as well as applying the newest Software Engineering solutions to UCSD data problems.

Joined Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht (HZG), Germany within the scope of Technical Design of the European Spallation Source, Sweden. Within the project I was mainly involved in Software Development activities, specifically in designing and developing Data Acquisition System for High-throughput tomography experiments. This was a significant success, so that I was offered a permanent position at (HZG) resulting in designing a dedicated platform customizable for any scientific experiment.
