Managing Prototypes projects/ programs: electrical harnesses production for aeronautic industry (Customers: Airbus - Wings of tomorrow (1 project), Lufthansa Technik (6 projects)) and for military industry Rheinmetall Electronics (9 projects), for military drones ADASI (1 project), VG Certification VG96927-2 C and D (1 project)). Main activities: planning , organizing, leading, controlling the project activities (including the financial follow up and customer communication), offers preparation.

Establish the manufacturing phases and production cycle of the products. Calculate the final production cycle and production time taking into account the needs of all departments and the contractual requests between the company and the customer. Retro planning,daily production follow up, coordination between the internal teams and between the sites. Observe and analyse the work evolution of the departments, adjust and improve the cycle times.

Daily pre check meetings with Manufacturing Engineering and Airbus Design Office in order to validate the drawings before the release process ( review of harness installation drawings, brackets installation drawings, label installation drawings, equipment installation drawings) - Technical support of the team - Organizing the work in the team: provide constant work and make sure that the work was delivered on time - The crew was composed of 5 designers
