All the knowledge I gathered mixing outbound and inbound was focused on understanding the client base and branding for a promising project. learned a lot regarding on-boarding processes, creating open communication channels with clients to gather a lean customer development. The most important experience was how to focus on a LEAN approach while starting an IT company to prevent wastes and validate the team's assumptions in a fast-pace to move in the right direction.

This was an extremely creative phase in order to migrate around outbound and inbound marketing efforts, using innovative business strategies. I focused on only one company that had a lot of potential, creating marketing materials for campaigns & clients, focusing on the next steps for branding, marketing, PR, logo, website, etc. It was an important lesson on when an IT company should find partners, when to grow and when to simply sustain.
The next step in my mind was Warsaw, to focus on B2B partnerships , accelerate sales while developing a cross-border expansion for the clients and provide the information & do the necessary study to help the clients to step into the desired market. Focus on recruiting partners, resellers, distributors and sell different products to end-customers from various industry segments.

This was my first startup encounter. In the beginning the bay area was much friendlier. Tech geniuses were not selling our data for profit, they still wore hoodies and gave you smiles. In this huge warehouse I started to learn how to prospect and contact big names and brands. This stage brought me a perception that you don’t need a powerful name or an extended portfolio to talk to big clients. In direct marketing and sales, it's YOU who first gain their attention, not your service or your product.
