Blendlee is a German start-up, the winner of Ericsson start-up competition and supported by Exist grant, which works on innovation in EdTech. Responsible for the redesign of the online platform as well as delivery of a portfolio of high quality project management training solutions involving a range of delivery partners to maximize available resources; generated work packages and work instructions.

Grade Education Center specialises in Cambridge English Language Assessment and International exams (TOEFL, IELTS). Was involved in a variety of project management activities. Duites: Working closely with clients to understand their needs. Attending client meetings & guiding them through processes. Writing progress reports & presenting them to directors. Monitoring all work in accordance with schedules. Developing and reviewing study protocols. Producing & maintaining project management plans.

Iryna was leading groups of 8 - 10 students, insuring that each will score the most possible on the needed exam. In a year, Iryna was given a responsibility of developing absolutely new preparation course, called IELTS Weekend. The course successfully functions nowadays with broadened amount of tutors trained by Iryna. Skills obtained: Lesson planning; Class management; On-line teaching; Course structuring and scheduling;

Mirostroy offers a full range of services in the field of computer graphics, 3D modeling and visualization of any complexity. Duties: Communication with sponsors, stakeholders, and solution providers. Listening proactively to the client and ensure their needs are understood. Managing client issues related to projects. Assisting with the proposals and pricing of projects. Tracking and managing project delivery.

ISUC is a platform, bringing together top qualified students with multidisciplinary backgrounds and innovative companies looking for sustainable business solutions. Responsible for Urban Design & Architecture (UD&A) workshops. Duties: Context and environmental analysis; Continuous supervision and interaction with tutors and participants; Output: posters and design models presented to an international jury.

The International Outreach Coalition has been formed to organise a summer series of camps in Ukraine focused on leadership and civic society development. Duties: Managed the project team including any subcontractors. Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations. Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects. Prepared Project Initiation documentation. Generated Work Packages and Work Instructions. Maintained and completed Project Key Performance Indicators.
