Lead and execute independently internal audit assignments. Interact with staff at various levels within the organisation and provide value added recommendation to the business. Perform annual risk assessment and develop risk registers with heat maps for the group. Develop internal audit charter and annual internal audit plan and get approved from Audit Committee. Report directly to Audit Committee with a dotted line to the Group CEO

Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, bank reconciliations, and other reports. Supervising the overall accounting activities (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash, Bank, and Payroll). Prepare annual budgets, with the assistance of senior management and track income & expenditure against budgets. Ensure that adequate financial and internal controls are in place for all accounting activities. Liaison with external auditors.

Performing risk assessment by gaining an understanding of and documenting the respective business processes of the financial and operational environments. Identifying risks and controls inherent in those processes, evaluating them and identifying control deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop audit plan, schedules and comprehensive audit programs. Provide the assessment regarding compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

Conduct interviews and collect the required information through familiarization; identification of potential problem areas and walkthrough. Review of compliance with the Best Practice of the CCG, COSO framework, Internal Audit framework, compliance with other applicable laws and regulations. Prepare formal written reports and action plans on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of controls.
