My motto: Act instead of react! Hands-on mentality is very important to me. I don't waste time and do whatever is necessary to move forward together, and I love motivating those around me. Looking a few steps ahead and recognizing potentials belong to my skills which I absolutely share with my colleagues. Skills in Ramping up production-lines and centers in different industries as well as working in interdisciplinary, changing teams characterize my way to achieve more and to shape significant milestones.
