I led the Advanced Delivery Network within Cisco - the global service delivery organization comprising of the Regional Delivery Teams in customer countries across 5 continents, and the Delivery Centers in India, China, USA, Mexico and Poland. My mission and responsibility was to transform the ADN into a world class end-to-end Client Service Delivery capability. I was on international assignment in Bangalore, India, and split my time between India and the customer and delivery locations across the world.

Overall responsibility for client service delivery from the delivery centers in India. The portfolio comprised of 2.500+ client engagements for 700+ companies across 6 continents and in every industry served by Accenture, covering the whole spectrum of application services. My delivery team reached 85000+ information technology, management and industry professionals from about 35 delivery center locations in 7 cities across India. For this role, I relocated from Germany to India and was based in Bangalore.

Responsible for client service delivery from Accenture's Global Delivery Center Network for Technology for our the company´s customers worldwide. 60+ centers on 6 continents, 130.000+ professionals, 3000+ projects, 1000+ clients. My direct responsibility was for the delivery from the centers in India, with a functional responsibility for the remaining centers across the globe.
