Achievements: 2 WMS, ERP & OMS interfaces, WCS for handling systems (conveyors, sorters, printers, UPS shipping), merged inventories (3M pcs) for omnichannel distribution, fulfillment of operations B2B+B2C in the same location, use of RFID, BOL internalization and EDI deployment.

Missions and achievements: lead the business data analysis, assist the business requirements and processes modeling, write and validate the specifications, monitor the developments and deliveries (in charge of the PL/SQL), manage and execute of the testing phases, deployment, run the go live, design and build the BI universes for Quality and Supply Chain reporting and KPIs.

Missions: lead of the operations and inventory of 4 warehouses/WMS: key user of SAP MM/SD, processes owner, performance monitoring, inventory controlling and manager of 3 people. Project & Achievements: setup of the main distribution center of the company, plugged in rail and road, area: 40000m2, storage: 60000 pallets. In charge of data analysis, processes modeling, roll out on the warehouse floor and implementation of IT interfaces between WMS, TMS and ERP.

Missions: PO in a L1 automotive supplier for Renault, PSA, Opel (factory 100 people). Achievements: Improve the efficiency of the handling operations and the organization, optimize the inventory management, deploy a worker safety plan, and do some Lean Manufacturing by the setup of several Kanban flows on production lines.
