A Senior Health, Safety and Environmental professional, with over 30 years oil, gas and renewable energy industry experience as an HSE Manager, HSSE Director and HSEQ Vice President. Provided HSE expertise, advice and support for some of the world’s largest energy projects, from offshore oil and gas platforms in the North Sea to LNG plants in Australia. Set up HSE departments and led international HSE teams, trained and mentored local nationals to progress into HSE leadership roles, including NEBOSH, IOSH, and OSHA training. Developed HSEQ policies and management systems to meet regulatory requirements and international standards - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc. Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE). Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM), the UK Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), the Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS) and the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).
