Rockhall specialise in Consulting & Advisory, Digital & eCommerce, Technology and BI/Analytics. I am the Insurance/Reinsurance specialist, and focus on core Insurance functions (underwriting, actuarial, claims etc) but supported by a Team of experts in the field, will be more active in the multitude of Analytics functions in the industry (Technical Accountants, Data Scientists, Developers/Programmers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, IT Service Engineers, Catastrophe Modellers etc).

I provide recruitment consultation typically for senior/executive mandates within the European (Re)Insurance market space. I have an outstanding network of contacts (CEO’s, CUO’s, CFO’s, CRO’s, Underwriters, Actuaries, Business Analysts, Catastrophe Modellers etc), and I strive to maintain a market leading understanding of the trends and opportunities within my specialist area.

I worked in recruitment exclusively for the Senior and Executive Non-Life European market. My remit was also to develop new business areas within the Pensions, Investments, Underwriting and Cat Modelling fields and to help manage key accounts. This involved both retained mandates and contingency recruitment. I typically recruited for senior Non-Life Actuarial appointments (Chief Actuary, Practice Leader etc) and executive group posts (CFO, CUO, COO etc).

I assisted with senior permanent and contract appointments in the North of the UK across all Actuarial disciplines, and with senior/executive level non-Life appointments and searches across Europe

During my Gap Year, I worked within the EB Team of Towers Perrin's Newbury office. In this position I assisted with Pensions Calculations, Invoicing and general administration functions. Through this experience, I received external training on Excel and Power Point, and developed a basic understanding of Pensions Actuarial functions.
