Basically a summer job with different fields of work. Everything from promoting the grand opening of a restaurant, advertising books in a special costume or raising awareness for recycling aluminium. Great opportunity to get in touch with many different people from different companies #networking

First point of contact to hotel guests - be it at the reception desk, the lobby hall or outside of the hotel helping guests with the luggage. A part-time job with a wide range of working areas.

Taking care of individual bookings up to 9 rooms and reservations of business travellers as well as travel agencies. Help customers in the reservation process to find the most accommodating room for their stays, selling premium room categories and monitoring all incoming reservations via booking.com and other online distribution channels. Responsible for 4 (since 2018 only 3) Hilton hotels in Austria.

First Part-time job at the reception of the biggest hotel in Austria with +570 rooms. Next to studying tourism this was the perfect complement to my university experience. Everything I learned at working at the front desk I could somehow use during my studies and vice versa. Great employer!
