Huawei European Research Center, Munich • Created innovative compact /lightweight concept for Active Antenna System (AAS). • As the manager of cooperation projects, I worked with an international team and introduced revolutionary technologies and innovative concepts into Active antenna system (AAS), such as Molded Interconnection Device technology (MID) and fully integrated modular distribution network. • Design of various components /assemblies with Pro/ENGINEER and Auto-CAD tools.

1). Architecture design of AAS (AAU). 2). Requirement collection, analysis, portioning and allocation. 3). System Specification and Component Specification. 4). Technical Management: Concept design report, and detailed design review.. 5). Troubleshooting and Products optimization / improvement.. 6). Concept design and detailed design for sheet-metal parts, injection molding parts, die-casted parts, fiber-glass shielding, SMC and machine parts.

Successfully introduced the new DVD recorder in to volume production with a low defect rate. New products Introduction, Trial production arrangements, Production guidance, On-site production problem solving, improvement of production processes, Preparation of SOP, die /tooling modification proposal.
