Oversaw 10 project teams: SOPs, Validation, Design, Data Loading, Hardware & Network, Change Management, SAP, Support, Training, and Documentation.

Deliver TCP/IP-based systems integrated with external/legacy apps, using Oracle and SQL Server RDBMS', ColdFusion and PL/SQL, ANSI C scripting, on Sun Solaris and Windows NT. Implement managed-application/hosting solutions: hardware, network and firewalls, scaling/estimation, vendor and support coordination. Testing process and warranty/support.
